Subject: [Leica] Leica Photographie

I wrote, on 10 December:

"I subscribed to this for about 10 years in the 70's and 80's, and even
once
bought a job lot of several hundred from earlier years. But I must confess
that, apart from the technical stuff at the back, I found too many of the
articles turgid, funereal in tone, and sometimes simply boring. There
were some good ones too, of course."

For the record, and the archives, all reponses to my request for views were
critical. No-one came forward to defend it. Such a pity, really. It must
cost Leica a lot of money, and make little or no profit. I recommend it to
insomniacs. It has no side effects, except on Leica.

Best wishes.
