Subject: Re: [Leica] DIY E-6 processing?

Andrew,
I've been doing my own E6 processing for about 8 months. I bought a Duolab
processor from Jobo (approx. $450) and also buy my chemistries from them. I
believe I'm getting good and consistent results. I converted a bathroom into
a darkroom although I use it mainly for B&W printing; actualy I use XP2 Super
which also justifies the use of the Duolab. Setting up the room for darkness
takes more time than using a change bag. I encourage those who have an
interest to go ahead and buy the necessary equipment; it adds to the
understanding of the photographic process, it also adds control (push
processing) and it is downright fun!...but not necessarily cheaper.
