I believe Walt is probably correct in the case of my lens(85/1.5
"M-Mount") I don't know what it is exactly, but it is no screw mount
with an adapter.( i have scans if anyone really wants to see the mount.)
It was also suggested that it could be a LTM mount. Could someone tell
me what that is, please. I wasn't aware so many mounts were available.
Sorry for the confusion.
I bought the lens, and a voightlander vitessa at a flea market. These
items were stuffed in a vintage, dusty, vomit-colored 'pleather' camera
bag(the stuff dreams are made of). While nearly in cardiac arrest, i
bought the bag of goodies- and to top it all off, discovered that what i
had thought to be an old light meter stuffed in the front pouch was
actually a Minox C. Anyway, It wasn't like I spent weeks planning to buy
a lens of this mount or that mount. I figured it was an m-mount since it
just went right on.

Hope this clarifies, Chris
P.S.
Who uses Vitessa's out there? This is a sweet little camera! Mine has
an ultron 50/2. I've only put about 3 rolls through it (in less that
ideal 'testing exposure' situations to boot) but it seems really sharp.
