Dear Mr.Doherty,
There is only one lens line for that, and it is
Canon EOS,TS(tilt-shift)24,45,90 mm lenses.Speaking professionaly,
for the situation you have described, the 24 is the right tool.
The Schneider 28 PC lens for the R system offers only shift, and
could prove too narrow for the job.

My "other way 'round" the problem,is to get a monorail,
(any old one will do.)

1.- Take off the rear standard cover and bore your favorite REFLEX
lens bayonet in the middle of it.

2.- Get one 45 APO Rodagon or 47XL Schneider+wide bellows and shoot!
(you can still use your TTL meter)

2b.- Use a panoramic camera vertically,Hasselblad X-PAN in 35mm.

3.- Send your lab staff to an early retirement by opening the camera
    with a 28-200/4.5-6.7 zoom attached,in front of them,taking your
    Velvia out for development,looking disinterested...

Wishing you good light, color meter + fresh set of gel's

                                            Nikola Radic Lucati

P.S:(I would use a praktica PLC-1 + Stigma zoom for the lab show!;-)
