I agree,

In the 0.85 you see a magnified image of what appears (almost) in the 35
frameline of the 0.72.
If the hood is inbetween the edges of the finder and the 35 frame in the
0.72, it will not
appear in the 0.85. (juste because the angle of view of the 0.85 is smaller
then in the 0.72).
