A few years back there was a piece in PDN, which said that the CIA asked = DAG to make M cameras less noisy. DAG is said to have accomplished it = by removing the lubricants. As for the rollei TLR, side by side, the 3.5F is considerably less noisy = than the 2.8F. In my opinion, the least noisy camera made today is the Minox M series = - -- it also has the least shutter delay, a great street photography = camera.
