Congratulations!

Yes, it was an April Fools joke.

In some newsgroups, there is a tradition of writing April Fools
postings.  These are characterized by being typically slightly too good
to be true, while still possible.  A good April Fools posting keeps you
guessing as to whether it actually could be true or not.  I've always
admired these, so I thought I might try my hand at it.

A tip of the hat must go to Tom A for supplying the technical details.

I hope I haven't offended anyone with this little jest.  My apologies
to those who wrote privately and expressed genuine interest in
purchasing this lens.
