SNIP -- David, My Sekonic L308B II meter, which I bought new, also indicates on the back that it is a Model L-308B, serial no. 7090621. It was sold to me as a II, and all of the literature (copyright 1997), Operating Instructions, and the warranty card (3 year warranty) indicate that it is a II. AND it works great!
