Subject: [Leica] light meter

Dear Luggers,

Every now and then we all do something stupid and I have done it. I lost my
15 year old Gossen Luna Pro F meter. Rather than fret over its demise, I am
asking you, if you have any recommendations for its replacement. I lost it
when I accidently (I think) left it at a brew pub that we did a story on. I
am calling the owner tommorow to see if it is indeed there, but I am not
going to get too upset about that.

I have been thinking of the Minolta Auto Meter IV F, as I do need flash
metering capabilities often in my daily course of work. I will be using the
meter primarily as an incident meter. I also want to know if any of you
have used this meter and whether it comes with a decent case. A meter case
really helps a meter last a lot longer.

In the interim, I will be using my Minolta Spot Meter more until my decision
is made. My Leica is of course a meterless M4-2.
