I do not sell all rights.  I ask several questions; first, why do you (they)
want the ownership, next, why would you wish to spend that kind of money up
front and finally if the job is so important I must of made a mistake in
pricing it due to your (the client) misinforming me about the usage. The
answers fallinto a general answer that reordering for internal use becomes
too involved and expensive.  I look at it as most resales for internal
useage and storage place a burden on me...so as with any compromise we both
win, I get additional up front money on future sales and they get the
expense of keeping, tracking and storing the material.  Small aside, they
more often than me lose the material and I get the opportunity to reshoot at
a new fee.

Even the "we own everything GE" has never received a transfere of ownership
from me.  I have no negatives or transperences from any of their shoots;
but, the copyright remains with me and certain uses bring me royalties, I do
not have to store the material and I received an increase in my creative fee
on each shoot due to their policies.
