Subject: [Leica] PX-625 mercury batteries

For those interested in availability of these batteries, check this
website: http://www.gis.net/~amjas/

I can't vouch for the source, but the site has been up for some
time and the price is right.

Personally, I only have a Rollei 35 that uses that battery and I
have gone to the CRIS adaptor for it. It works splendidly with the
exposures right on the money compared to a good PX-625 in the
camera. Pricey, yes, but the cost is reduced every time you buy
76 silvers for it. (Not often, though, since the 76s seem to last
nearly as long as the PX-625s)
