Or if time/budget allows, a slightly differen twist: shoot onto neg, scan these in, do a precise colour balance in pshop and then burn onto 5x4 film using a bureau's film recorder. No 2nd guessing colour temperatures when on location and almost full control over rogue light sources. Also, client will be impressed with how fast you work when on site!
