Bonjour,


  About a week ago there were 2-3 posts stating that late serial number
Leica M3 s could close focus to 0.7 meter.  Can anyone on the lug confirm
this first hand?

  If it is so, does anyone knows at what serial number this was made possible?

  I have always assumed that all M3 s focused only to 1 meter.
