I had this same problem with my 35mm Summicron. I went to a Leica clinic
here in my town last year (I am in Canada but the same is available
elswhere, from time to time) and the master technician
(Roger!) from Kindermann (Canada) - Leica distributor here_ arranged it in
10 sec... at no charge!

He explained to me that it was a misalignement of some kind when the lens
was assembled.
