Scanned from the negative.  Nikon LS-2000, using Hamrick's ViewScan as the 
Twain interface (VueScan allows, for instance, multiple pass scanning *and* 
the ICE function of the CoolScan--something that the Nikon software will 
not provide). This I scanned 5x w/ the "clean negative" option.  All other 
adjustments in PhotoShop 5.
