Thanks for everyone's help.

I was informed today Ebay is redoing their policy on copyright violations
in their ads -- and will actually stop ads which infringe upon copyright in
the future, providing the appropriate forms are filed with them.

However, these new guidelines have yet to appear under general Ebay
instructions.
