Subject: [Leica] [Not Leica]Rolleiflex/Rolleicord

Hi Luggers

I know its not the same animal, but I bought a Rolleicord TLR a few years
ago, seemed like a cheap way to get into MF and I was extremely disappointed
with the results. I loved the camera, the waist level finder, and I loved
the big negatives but I don't think I managed to take a single sharp
photograph with it. There was one shot in particular of a down and out
sitting on a bench, I think it would have been one of my all time favourites
but it just isn't sharp. I sold the camera a while ago. If I remember
correctly it had a Frank and Heidecke lens.

I put the results down to age/quality of the camera but maybe it was me.
Anyone else used one of these?

With all this talk of MF I'll have to put a Rolleiflex back on my list of
want's.
