As a blur with a bizarre color cast, yes.

Hmm... if their ability is a result of talent, it probably wouldn't help me.

I might be willing to use fill flash, sometimes.  In general, though, if I can
tell that a flash was used, it shouldn't have been used (at least that's my
rule).
