Digital is inevitable, even for the motion-picture industry.  It's just that the
infrastructure is a lot heavier and more complicated, so it takes longer to
change it, and the advantages of digital are not realized as quickly and as
dramatically.  But that day will come.

How do you feel about photography?

I agree, although it may continue to get cheaper for a while before it starts
going up in price again.  In any case, film is already a hundred times more
expensive than digital, at least for still pictures in consumer and low-end
amateur markets.
