For Sale:  Universal Polarization Filter M, New version, Model # 13356 ,
Bought new last Fall,  Mint, Never used but did attach the E39 ring which
by the nature of how the lock screw works leaves a small mark on the ring. 
Includes adapters for both E39 and E46 lenses. Includes the case, box,
instructions and packaging. $240 includes shipping.
