Did you e mail Kinderman directly, or fill in the request form on  the Leica
Germany site?

I did the latter, they forwarded it to Kindermann and I got my copy today -
no charge. (Worth having to add to my pile of leica catalogues - maybe I
should sell some of them on Ebay!!).
