It is kinda absurd sometimes.

At last Saturday's outing with BALUGs at Point Lobos, I put a 36 exposure 
roll of TMax 100 in the Leica. I took about 28 exposures. About 7 of them 
look worthwhile enough to work with. Once upon a time, I would have used 
up 10 rolls of film ... I probably would have gotten about the same 7 
interesting exposures. Maybe a couple more.

It's amazing what concentrating on seeing vs shooting will do. Besides 
saving a lot of film... :)
