1) Sell the Xenon, the Summaron 35 and the Hektor 135.

2) Buy a used M6 .72 (~$1200), a s/h 35mm Summicron (3rd or 4th version,
   before the ASPH, ~$600-800) and a new Voigtländer 25mm f/4 Skopar
   (~$350).

3) Mount the Skopar on the IIIf.  Leave it there.
   Mount the 35mm f/2 on the M6.  Leave it there.
   Mount the 50/2 or the 50/1 on the M3.

Take pictures ;)
