Subject: [Leica] Digital cameras

Has anyone used digital cameras, the Leica/Fuji ones? I'm planning a road
trip across the US next spring/summer, and I'm thinking of setting up a
web-page that is updated on a more or less daily basis with photos and
text for family and friends.

The Fuji MX-700 and its Leica equivalent seems to be no longer available,
but replaced by the MX-2700. Does Leica have an equivalent? What is the
difference between the Leica and Fuji cameras? Would buying a second-hand
MX-700 be a good deal (I only need about 640x480 resolution, since I'll
only ever be using these shots for the web-page. I'm taking M2, M3 and
II for the paper stuff!)

Any experiences, suggestions, or advice welcome!

M.
