I have a Hewes reel I got in England a few years ago. I agree it is 
the best metal 35mm reel. I switched to Patterson reels and tanks, 
however. I will be happy to swap an eight reel stainless tank for a 
large Patterson plastic one and stainless generic (not Hewes) reels 
for Patterson reels. Or, I could just keep the eight reel tank for a 
martini shaker...
