I sent a heavily used M camera in to them in Toronto last Thursday for service - I assume they received in on Friday some time. Well, imagine my shock when chief technician Gerry Smith phoned on Monday morning to say the job was done and he'd be sending the camera right back! This was not a simple turn-the screw rangefinder adjustment. He had to take off the top cover and replace some substantial parts. A 24-hour turnaround is really exceptional and not what I expected at all. Many thanks! Emanuel Lowi Montreal
