Which exposure mode--matrix or center-weighted averaging, or whatever
happens to be on the camera at the time :)

I have already done my duty and bought an R8, but I don't think I can swing
the other 7,999.

Hi folks,

Here's a Christmas light suggestion.:) Save all that reading time for
picture taking time! ;)

Buy an R8, look through view finder, compose, press button and the frame
will be perfect! :) OK, OK bracket, but all that will do is give you a
couple more variations of perfect images.;)

Hey believe me, I've shot a bunch of night scenes of waterfalls and night
city lights etc. and the R8 makes you a lazy photographer and it cuts down
on film costs due to bracketing.

OK, Ok so you don't believe me. Have you tried it? If you haven't, see my
first suggestion. It's an amazing exposure machine. Hell guys come on,
we gotta help them sell off those 8000? R8 bodies.:)
