90f2.8 R and M are optically identical in their latest formulations.
(Referenced from Brian Bower) R series 1984 and on catalogue number 11806
(SL,SL2 or R) or 11154 (R). M series i989 and on, catalogue number 11807
(black), 11808 (chrome), or 11899 (titanium).
