It'll save a lot of decision making on your equipment. Here's what I took ...... and it was two weeks R&R. :) No use having mental stress because you left something at home. This is fun time picture taking, make it so, because you have it all at your finger tips. ==================== 3 R7's with motors. 15, 28, 50 Summi, 60 macro, 80 1.4, 100 macro 2.8, 180 2.8, 280 2.8, 400 2.8, 1.4X & 2X. 3 M6's, 21, 28, 35 1.4 Summi, 50 1.4 summi, 90 2.0 Summicron. Yep and tripod! :) Not to mention polarisers for various R lenses. Piles of film! It was very relaxing, as I just used what I needed and not fussed over, "Damn why didn't I bring etc etc, etc...... Trust me, there isn't anything more frustrating when you need a lens or camera and you left it home, certainly when somebody told you to not take it. Hell make your own decision, you know what you like to shoot, that's the main priority. My suggestion may not be the right one for what you have in mind. But be assured, if you haven't been to Hawaii before, you'll be blown away with everything. It's a wonderful location for photography and your cameras will be smoking making exposures. Have a good one. ted Ted Grant This is Our Work. The Legacy of Sir William Osler. http://www.islandnet.com/~tedgrant
