I did check with Tamarkin and then with Leica parts today.  They will supply
the eyepiece lens holders, but fitting them with the lenses  has to be
negotiated with a third party.  The parts person did refer me to a third
party, but there is no official connection, and I have not yet succeeded in
reaching him by phone.  I was hoping someone on the list had already gone
this route and could share his/her experience.

Check with your dealer about ordering prescription lenses from Leica.  I
read somewhere that there is a Leica part number for sending in
prescriptions so that you can have correction of astigmatism as well as
diopter on a custom order.  I have no idea the price.
