Cadburys has lost the right to call itself chocolate within the EU, I 
believe. The cocoa content was too low (about 23%?) to meet minimum 
requirements. Though it's the most popular 'chocolate' in Britain it has to 
call itself something like a 'chocolate flavour confection bar' elsewhere 
in the EU!
