Made you see in a different way? Given you new, unexplored > capabilities? Has it made a difference in your photography in a "don't leave > home without it" sort of way. In other words (and here's the stupid > question), "should I buy this lens?" > Bob (wider . . . no, wider . . . ) McEowen Bob, You asre standing at the corner of Manhattan´s 5th Av. and 34th street. Now try to take a decent shot of the entire Empire State Building across the street. Believe me, nothing less wide than a 15mm will give you that shot! And you don´t even have to tilt your camera upwards. Now, let´s try another senario. You´re in the middle of an absolutely jampacked crowd - in the stands of a stadium - or on a train. What you then need is a really wide lens like the Heliar 15mm. Yes, Bob, my Heliar has indeed made a difference. And I rarely leave home without it. But, of course, I also bring other Leica lenses. Should you buy one? Well, try it once and you´re hooked. Claes
