Two points strike me:

1. At .7x magnification, with the baselength previously quoted on this list
(31 or 32 mm, I think), the finder's effective baselength should be better
than a CL.

2. If I'm reading this correctly, 68,000 yen (about $650) is apparently a
list price. And if so, who knows how low the actual street price will turn
out to be.
