As I stood down there and thought about what speed to shoot, I remembered that I've been getting grainier results that I've heard was possible and I remembered that folks have had good results shooting at 1250. So, I set the ISO dial on notch above 1000. Is that 1250 or something else? 2) Now that I'm back, I can't find any of the references that I remember about people shooting at 1250 and developing in XTOL 1:1. I've almost given up having local labs process the stuff for me, and am considering buying a tank/bag/etc... and doing it myself or going by the local darkroom rental place. BUT, the local ASMP newsletter for this month has a couple of ads for B&W only specialists in my neighborhood though, and I'm considering giving them a try. Alas, the Delta3200 pdf file from ilford doesn't have times for 1250, or XTOL 1:1 (which seems to be what people like). I'm happy to run a test roll or three through a lab, but thought I should give them a starting point. Suggestions? </dumb-unresearched questions>
