You do not mention which store it is. In general, if something sounds too good to
be true, it is. But on the other hand, prices for the 90mm Elmarit have been
going down, as there is a good supply of used ones on the market after the
introduction of the 90mm Apo Summicron. I would have no problem buying a grey
market lens if you are buying from a reputable store; so, if it is someone like
B&H, Tamarkin, Smile or Adorama, go for it. If it is Cambridge or Focus, stay
away from them.

There is a web site somewhere with lots of feedback on all the NYC mail order
stores, but I cannot find the URL. Perhaps someone else can jump in here.
