Alternatively the Kuhn (Wetzlar) Flexameter offers a similar option, but 
both of these are for 50mm lenses I believe. However, their largish, 
strangish form will more likely attract attention rather than reduce it!
Stephen Gandy has a Flexameter on his site but I'm happy to let mine go at 
the price below.
And finally, their performance will undoubtedly disappoint you, very dull 
images which are hard to see.

I occasionally see a De Morney Bud finder in junk bins for $25-$50. These
fit LTM camera with specific lenses and give focusing capability.
