If Mike Johnson with his experience with the Leica, his obvious
affection for the camera and his fine work with PT magazine isn't
qualified for the Leica list serve, then none of us is qualified.  By
the way, his devotion to his child wasn't new to me or readers of the
Chicago Sun-Times. A year or so ago a moving and thoughtful letter by
Mike about single fatherhood was published as a featured letter to the
editor in the Sun-Times.
