I'd be more than happy to believe it, if only it were true. But since what
the proponents of "wonder wire" say makes no sense, and since I've done a
blind test (just to be sure I'm not nuts), and since the proponents won't do
a blind test (because it creates "tension"), well, I guess you know the
rest.

Of course, in one case, and only one, it is true. If a speaker wire is not
of sufficient diameter for the length, the capacitance will be too high and
the wire becomes a low pass filter. But since 14 gauge zip cord won't have
that effect for several hundred yards, (if my memory is correct) you have
nothing to worry about. Just don't use 20 gauge wire for you speakers.
