Posting repair problems to the LUG and 35mm Photo News Groups does
get results.  The last thing any company wants is it's problems aired
to a large group of potential customers.  Leica Camera executives are
a little bit "behind the curve" when it comes to the Internet.  You
have great power in your keyboard...use it wisely.
