I read a couple of reviews on the CD version a number of years ago. They
all said that the software was some of the worst they'd seen. If you don't
like the Compact version, get the big one. I've had the Compact one for the
last 15 years or so, and find it adequate. My eyesight is hardly the best
anymore, but I'm nearsighted, so I just take my glasses off and then I can
read it well enough.

  ....I'm sure the savings covered _some_ Leica gear!
