Of course ! "La France est une et indivisible" ;=) The law is the 
same over all the french territory.
Just two remarks:
1) Maybe the law will change with Europe. In a sense, Europe is more 
"federal" than US: european laws concern everything, including cheese 
and meat!!!!!! Crazy..
2) Doisneau had several trials for his picture "le baiser de l'hotel 
de ville". He never lost, but probably could have... The place de 
l'hotel de ville is exactly the same today. Only the cars have 
changed...

Does anyone know if these photography rules (no tripod, for example) apply in
French overseas departments like Guadeloupe and Martinique?
