If you look carefully at the box, it says EI 3200, not ISO 3200!  You get 
3200 only if the film is push processed.  The normal speed is probably ISO 
800.  I have used it at 1600, 3200, and 6400 with decent results.  Roger 
Hicks and Frances Schultz have pushed it to 12800 or 25600 (I can't remember 
exactly).  They have written several books, and write regularly for 
Shutterbug magazine.  They love this film and consider it to be better than 
Kodak TMax 3200 which BTW is also an EI 3200 film!
