I have the scanner but it broke today and I'm wondering if any on the
list who use this scanner have had any problems with their scanner and
what if any problems did they have in getting it taken care of.  mine
won't stop trying to eject the slide and will not initialize to the
point of being 'seen' by the SCSI chain.

any thoughts would be of help
