I cannot agree with Austin more. I'm new to Leica, but my 2 Contax bodies
and 7 Zeiss lenses have never failed on me. Not even the Pentax and Canon
gear that I used to own had any significant problems.

I suggest your voices be heard. Email your stories to Leica so they can
correct the problems once and for all.
