Subject: [Leica] RF Adjustment for Zorki 2 (Leica II Copy)

I own a nice "Zorki 2", a Russian Leica II copy from 1955, in nice
optical and mechanical condition (no long shutter speeds to worry
about), but the RF is horizantally misaligned. I crosschecked the 50/3.5
Jupiter lens on a M with SM tp M adapter and found that the lens'
focussing cam works fairly ok on close distance. The measured distance
corresponds with the engraved index. Unfortunately I could not check the
lens at infinity because the M's lens release button
blocks the lens' infinity lock.

Some folks explained how to do a rangefinder adjustment on a M2/3/4, but
can one explain how to do it on a Zorki/Leica II. I bought it cheap (DM
100) and mainly as a decoration pice and substitute for the real stuff
and thus hesitate to give it away for service.

On one occasion the lens' rear element fell out, but I screwed it back.
I never tried film in it, so I don't know how lens or camera perform.
