Do you know this through experience of your own, or other reference to be a 
problem with Heliopan filters?  I've used all three, Leica, Heliopan and 
B&W, and find no problem with any of them.

Heliopan does have a line of filters that is 14 layer multi-coated (7 each 
side) called "SH-MC", the other line is called 'Standard' and is 'double' 
coated (coated on each side).

Hi,

the problem with Heliopan filters is that only one of them, a PL, is
multicoated, and that is a very recent innovation.

Most of the B+W filters are available multicoated.
