Subject: [Leica] Trashing slides

I never trash my 'rejects'. I look at them and learn about mistakes made in
technique or composition. I have also discovered that after a decade or so,
the old blurry, fuzzy, out of focus subjects start to look very artsy and
chic! Since most of my slides are of family and friends, there is also some
sentimental and historical value associated with slides of people who are no
longer among the living. I also have plans (never realized!) of using parts
of old slides in montages made in Adobe Photoshop for future generations. As
a result, I now have 10,000+ slides sleeved and stored in archival slide
album boxes.
