That's easy, you wait for the next train.  Seriously though, most people who own decent quality mechanical watches don't let them stray that far off before adjusting them.  And for a quality mechanical wristwatch in good repair, this means resetting them every couple of weeks, or even once a month.

My computer's clock is synchronized to the Atomic Clock, so I have a pretty good idea of when my watches need servicing...
