I can only remember seeing one Leica in the camera stores there... an R-4... Many of the camera stores in Peoria are no longer around... Camera and Lens and Peoria Camera and Rex Photo were the big ones and they are in the old downtown area..... and it's not very big to begin with in comparison to Chicago... But... a whole lot more exciting than everything else around.... I'd suggest you phone the stores first when you get in to Peoria though to see what they have... The best photo lab in Peoria is the Cat Lab..... in-house and out-house lab for Caterpillar.... which makes up most of Peoria anyhow...
