Having seen some of Cartier Bressons contacts, and working in a similar vein 
myself, I am pretty sure that in nearly all cases the shots are 'one offs' 
with maybe a frame either side as lead in/out if he was lucky. Certainly most 
of my work of this type is pretty much solitary frames.
